  • Won a $1 million verdict for a LAPD police officer in a whistleblowing action against the City of Los Angeles.
  • Obtained a high six-figure settlement for a Plaintiff in a motor vehicle collision, in which the Defendant attempted to push the position that there is no correlation between a high impact collision and arthritis.
  • Successfully defended a small business owner in an action alleging failure to pay wages, failure to provide rest and meal breaks, and wrongful termination.
  • Obtained a $2.9 million verdict for a former LAPD officer who was retaliated against after testifying truthfully on behalf of another officer.
  • Obtained a $600,000.00 settlement on a low speed rear-end collision with minimal property damage and causation / apportionment issues in connection to a lower back injury from a slip and fall that occurred on-the-job just months prior to the subject accident.
